Theodore A. Johnson
Theodore A. Johnson is currently an independent management consultant specializing in the structure, management and financing of technology ventures. From 1980 to 2004, Mr. Johnson was President and CEO of the Minnesota Cooperation Office (MCO), a private business advisory firm. During his tenure, the MCO started 46 new technology based companies with an 86% success rate. Prior to joining MCO, he held various management positions from 1969 to 1980 at DATA 100 Corporation (later a part of Nortel Networks) which included serving as President of a wholly owned computer manufacturing company in Santa Ana, California. He was a founding member of the group that started International Lottery and Totalizator Systems, Inc. (ILTS), a private company in San Diego, California and served as a member of its Board of Directors from 1978 – 2019. He served as Chairman of the Board from 1998 – 2019 and currently acts as an adviser to the President. ILTS is a world leader in advanced gaming systems and electronic voting systems. He has served on the boards of directors of over 25 for profit companies and non-profit organizations. Mr. Johnson graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics and Business Administration.
