Ronald J. Zenk, MBA

Ronald J. Zenk, MBA is a Founder of the Company and has served as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and an internal Director since inception in 1988.  As CEO, Mr. Zenk is responsible for the strategic direction and operational integrity of the Company.  His primary duties include securing equity, debt and non-dilutive funding; managing legal, accounting and auditing functions; deploying resources to achieve corporate goals; overseeing operations; government relations; and communicating directly with Shareholders and the Board of Directors. 

Prior to launching the Company, he was employed as Vice President, Finance for Surgidyne, Inc., a publicly held medical products company in Minnesota.  He previously served as a financial management consultant for several years with KPMG LLP and Fox & Company LLP.  Mr. Zenk graduated from St. John’s University in Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance the following year from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.  He is an active member of the Radiation Research Society and the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and formerly served as a member of the Alumni Board for the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, a member of the Association of University Technology Managers, and the Financial Executives Institute.

Mr. Zenk has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1988.
